Shipping & Delivery

The order will be confirmed upon completion of the following steps by the buyer:

  • Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale,

  • Provision of accurate shipping and billing addresses, along with the chosen delivery method,

  • Verification and validation of the selected payment method.

The sale becomes finalized:

  • Once the seller dispatches an email confirmation acknowledging the acceptance of the order by the buyer,

  • Following the receipt of the full payment by the seller.

The acceptance of an order may be declined if the buyer is involved in a dispute with Clenase or if Cleanse perceives a potential risk of payment default. In such instances, Cleanse reserves the right to request additional information from the buyer, such as a scanned copy of their identity card or proof of address. Failure to provide this information will result in the cancellation of the order, and the payment will be annulled with no further actions taken.

Cleanse is committed to fulfilling orders within the constraints of available stock.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES 

  • Orders received before 12 noon* Monday to Friday will be processed the same day.

  • Orders received after 12 noon* from Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day.

  • Orders received between Friday 12 noon* and Sunday evening will be processed the following Monday.

  • Orders received on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. *(Hungary time)

After receiving your order confirmation e-mail, you will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS 

The Customer is responsible for covering shipping expenses*. The costs and delivery will depend on the destination, weight, and chosen delivery method. The shipping expenses for your order will be computed and presented during the ordering process, once the shipping address is provided.

There are three regional categories for shipping. Domestic within Hungary shipped with the Hungarian Post. DHL Express within the EU and Non EU countries such as USA, UK, Switzerland and Turkey.

Free Shipping over 75 €

NON EU SHIPPING

REGION 1: DHL Express: 12-15 €

UK: You don’t have to pay duties for goods under £135

US: Items valued below $800 are exempt from duty.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns due to the nature of our products. If you encounter any problems with the product(s) you've received, (i.e. damaged, leaked etc) kindly reach out to us via email. Our aim is to guarantee your satisfaction with your self-care acquisition.

If there is a damaged product, please send us an email to info@cleansessentials.com to let us know. Please specify : 

  • your order number

  • the returned product(s)

  • the reason(s) for the return and a request for a voucher or refund

  • photo of the damaged goods

If the items in your package don't match your order, except in cases where Cleanse and the Customer have agreed in writing (for instance, to substitute an item that is out of stock), kindly email us on the same day or, at the latest, the following day at info@cleansessentials.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item in your email.

In such instances, Cleanse will cover the shipping costs.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number for monitoring its status. Please allow a 48-hour window for the tracking information to become accessible. Should your order not reach you within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, kindly get in touch with us at info@cleansessentials.com, providing your name and order number, and we will promptly investigate the matter for you.
